Delivery & returns


Standard delivery (UK) We despatch goods via Royal Mail's second class service. Delivery times may vary but normally you should expect your item within three working days. Standard delivery is free.

Next day delivery (UK) We send these high priority orders by Royal Mail's next day tracked service. If you order before 3pm we can ship for delivery the next working day. If you order after 6pm it will take 1-2 working days. We may have to lengthen these delivery times depending on where you live. And remember, Bank Holidays don't count as working days.

International delivery If you order from outside the UK we'll calculate the shipping cost and add it to your basket automatically according to the international options listed. Each country or territory has a rate for the first item with additional items chared at a slightly lower rate. You can select either a tracked or untracked service - the tracked service has a set rate regardless of the number of items. If your country is not listed, bear with us; as we're adding to the list of countries we deliver to all the time. You can find an up to date list of destinations and prices in our courier price table.

Delivery address Once we've processed an order then we cannot change the delivery address. It's  helpful if someone is at  home when your delivery arrives. If not, then Royal Mail or the local courier may have to leave a card asking you to contact the local depot to arrange redelivery or collection. We cannot make deliveries to PO Box addresses.

Order tracking For tracked orders we can give you a tracking number. Just email us with your order number at or refer to your confirmation email. For untracked orders (international orders using an untracked courier service) we'll give you an estimated time of delivery.

Cancelling an order If you want to cancel an order then please email us at quoting your order number.



We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Black Sheep but we understand that sometimes when you get the product it’s not exactly as you imagined or else it doesn’t fit.

Sometimes, you'll want to return the product to us and have us replace it with something else, or refund your money. If you send products back to us in the original packing and in the same unused condition as when you received them, we won't quibble.

It's a good idea to include a note with your return, so we know what you want us to do. Even better, email us to discuss it or let us know it's on the way.

When we process your return, if you haven't asked for a replacement, we'll credit you back the money you paid via the method you used to pay us. So if you've paid by credit or debit card, it may take a few days for money to appear in your account. 

We generally won't refund postage fees unless the goods are faulty or we sent you the wrong product. Our policy does not effect your statutory rights of cancellation or return. 

International returns Customers outside of the UK should mark all returns as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE. This will save packages getting stopped at customs and potentially returned to you without us ever knowing.
