Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions (Ts&Cs) govern your use of the service and website. By visiting the Black Sheep website you accept and agree to these Ts&Cs. We reserve the right to change the Ts&Cs at any time and you should check them before placing an order. 

However, nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Terms of service When you place an order via our website ( we treat your action as an offer to buy. Once the order is placed we will send you email confirmation and at this time we enter into a contract with you. We store the contract's content and will send you the details of your order via e-mail. You can find details about your recent orders in your "My Account" page unless you chose not to register with us, in which case we advise you to keep an independent record. You can find the terms here at all times. 

Product specifications and suitability Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time.

Returns policy Black Sheep are helpful sheep; it's in our best interest to act in your best interest. Our returns policy is the most generous you'll find. Click here for details.

Availability/estimated delivery times We do our best to ensure that everything for sale on our site is always available and we try to despatch all orders as quickly as we can. If there is a delay we will let you know via email and we'll send you the product as soon as it's available. If you have ordered multiple items and one is delayed, we'll probably send your items separately so you have something to be going on with. We can't accept liability for any delay in delivery; chances are it's not our fault. You can cancel delayed orders at any time; just contact with your order number.

Payment You can pay for Black Sheep tees over the Internet via our secure checkout pages using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro or Solo cards, PayPal and Worldpay. Card charges will appear on your statement as "Go-Ride Leisure Limited". All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing UK rate, unless country currency is changed in our region adjuster, available on every product page. Due to the nature of the clearing system we will take your credit card payment at the point of processing. If a problem in supply should occur, we'll refund your payment swiftly via the same method you paid; this may take a couple of days to show as cleared funds on your account, depending on the payment provider. If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes when your Black Sheep order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are down to you.

Governed Law Black Sheep Ts&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Disputes arising in connection with these Ts&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Delivery We use Royal Mail to deliver orders domestically and internationally. The Channel Islands count as international to us and we encourage Channel Islanders to visit our international delivery page.

Cancellations You can cancel an order any time before it is despatched. Just visit "My Account" and follow the steps for a full refund. If we've already sent the item then have a look at our returns policy. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order in writing (except for customised products) seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive your goods. Our returns policy has guidance on method and costs of return.

Returns You can cancel your order and return your item within a reasonable time. Please tell us you intend to return by clicking the returns link on the "My Account" page, and then follow the steps provided. For full return guidelines click here.

Liability We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims. We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We can't accept liability for any delay in delivery; chances are it's not our fault. You can cancel delayed orders at any time; just contact with your order number.
